Genesis offers two standard trim packages for the Electrified G80: Advanced and Prestige. Both versions have an all-wheel drivetrain supported by dual 136 kW electric motors (one per axle) and an 87.2 kWh battery pack. The system produces a combined 365 horsepower. According to the EPA’s official estimations, the Electrified G80 supplies a maximum range of 282 miles with an EPA-rated MPGe (miles per gallon equivalent) of 105 in the city and 89 on the highway. The battery can be replenished from 10% to 80% in about 22 minutes via a Level 3/DC fast charger. A standard Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system provides a 110-volt outlet to power small external appliances and electronics as needed.
The list of standard equipment is long for the Electrified G80 Advanced, starting with proximity keyless entry, leather seats, a hands-free trunk, LED headlights, a heated power tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel, push-button start, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, rain-sensing windshield wipers, sound-reducing front and rear side window glass, power-folding side mirrors with auto-dimming, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, ambient cabin lighting, matte wood trim, four USB ports, wireless device charging, and 19-inch alloy wheels. There are plenty of comfort and conveniences associated with the Advanced trim’s seating: heated and ventilated power front seats with lumbar controls, a multifunction driver’s seat (power cushion extension, power bolster, and Ergo-motion massage), and a driver’s position memory system.
